footnotes done

One of my three little things with the blog was getting footnotes in place. Turned out to be an easy thing once I found this. Just did a few steps. Added the plugin. Edited my config file and tested with a markdown file with the development server running. In real time or so I see my little markdown file work. Can check it off my list [1].
